Due to the rapid changes in the market, in order to effectively shorten the delivery cycle of goods to customers, we have increased investments in modern equipment, introduced multilayer automated equipment for the production of printed circuit boards, high-precision CNC and related equipment for injection molding, automatic solder printing machines, high-speed SMT machines, network SPI, AOI and a number of the world's leading automation tools. SMT performance is up to 5 million chips per day, plug-in performance is up to 1 million pieces per day, and assembly performance is up to 2 million sets per month. We can mount components, including 0201 and 01005, as well as ultra-precise QFP, BGA, OPO chips in 0.3mm increments. In addition, we have a modern assembly shop with complete assembly lines and packaging lines that can provide customers with the assembly of finished products for automotive, medical, aerospace and other industries.
In addition, we strictly adhere to the IATF16949 and ISO13485 production standards for the automotive and medical industries, adhere to strict quality control processes, and install a 100% complete control system from source to end.
